Refund Policy

  • The request for return of a purchased item will only be considered if the request is made 7 days of placing the order.
  • Replacement order will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
  • The refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that quality of the product delivered is not good.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. This should be reported within 5 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 5 of receiving the product.   • In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
  • In case of any refunds approved by Hues of Neha , it will take 7-10 working days for the refund to be credited to you. This will be processed to via the same medium which was used to purchase the initial order. For eg: Card transaction, UPI transaction etc. Customers will be notified via email/SMS when the refund is initiated.

Refund Process

  • Verification: Support team verifies refund/exchange requests within 24 hours.
  • Pick-up: Courier partner picks up items in 1-2 days.
  • Initiation: Refund or exchange starts the same day as pick-up.
  • Conditions: Tags must be intact, and the product should not be worn, washed, or damaged.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • There will be No charges for exchanges.
  • Exchange for a different product is possible. If there is difference in the price of exchanged product, it will be credited to customers account as gift card balance which can be used for the next purchase.
  • If the exchanged product is not available, customer will be refunded as per the refund policy.

    Self-Ship Process

    • If reverse pick-up isn’t available, customers can self-ship to the provided address.
    • Refund includes INR 100 for courier charges, issued within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • Product must be unused and securely packed with original tags.

    Refund Delays

    • Bank refunds for prepaid orders take 7-10 business days. In case of bank holidays, there could be additional days delays.

    Order Processing
